Request Data Deletion

At FollowUpEasy, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your data.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data using one of the methods below.

How to Request Deletion

Option 1: Submit a Request Form

Fill out the form below with your registered email address and request type.

We'll open your email app with everything filled in. Send the message to complete your request.

Option 2: Email Us

You can also send a request directly to: support@followupeasy.in

Please include:

  • Your registered email address
  • Subject: “Data Deletion Request”

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon successful verification, we will delete:

  • Your account and profile information
  • All leads and contact data stored in the platform
  • Email communication history synced via Gmail integration
  • Any associated activity logs

Processing Time

All deletion requests are processed within 7 working days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your data is deleted.

Important Notes

  • Some data may be retained if required for legal or compliance purposes
  • Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered
